| Often we are
asked to describe the attractions of our faculties and accommodations,
all which are first rate. More difficulty to describe is the
beauty and peace one can find in simply being in nature or on a lake.
We were first attracted to Northern Wisconsin and more specifically to
Lake Alice because of its beauty.
Many of the people who enjoy hunting
and fishing do so because of the connection to nature. There is a
calming affect and a general refreshing of the spirit one can gain from
reconnecting with nature. Sportsman, be it hunters or fisherman,
recognize a great responsibility to maintain and preserve the
wildlife and natural assets of this area.
Musky fishing is a special branch of
this tradition. All lakes are not created equally. We
consider Lake Alice to be special and our most valuable attraction for
many reasons. Lake Alice is a Class A Musky lake.
We would like to extend a welcome to
all Musky fisherman who value fishing and the responsibility of
maintaining our lakes and wildlife resources.
